Hey, I'm Yasmin!
I'm a Leadership and Empowerment coach ready to evolve your life. As a first generation Afro-Latina American, I can relate to feeling lost, like you've been living by the expectations of everyone but your own. Some parts of your life don't look like you want them to. You're ready to evolve in your career, life, and being, but don't know how or where to start.
I overcame these challenges not only through hard work but through tapping into the overlooked tools of self-discovery. These tools are often unavailable to many of us for a multitude of reasons, especially those from underrepresented communities.
It is my intention to provide us with the self-discovery tools that have helped me and many others continue to make our legacies. After working with me, you will feel equip with the tools to overcome any obstacle you face while living a life rooted in what you deeply desire, creating your legacy in the process.

Fusing my background in neuroscience, organizational change, and leadership development with my passion for self-discovery and embodiment, I provide a holistic approach to professional and personal self-discovery through online and in-person through the following services:
Where does leadership
come in?
Leadership is the process by which a vision becomes a reality, typically with a group but also within self. We are all leaders and in order to embody leadership we need to understand ourselves (self-awareness), define our vision through self-discovery, and be empowered to move forward in confidence. Leadership thus is a pillar in all the work I do. To be a leader is to be the creator of your (and sometimes other's) success. To be a leader is to be continuously growing and evolving to be your best self, by your own standards.
